My biggest goal as a personal trainer is to help you enjoy your life! Exercise, nutrition, and mindset are foundational to longevity and quality of life. I earned a degree in Agronomy from UW-Madison and explored diverse experiences in environmental and agricultural work. I longed to make a positive, direct impact on people’s lives, so I switched gears to become certified in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have completed the coursework as a Certified Nutrition Coach as well.
I have concentrated professional experience in helping older adults, and my background in weight lifting, resistance band work, cross country running, and competitive swimming helps me form creative personalized workout plans for all of my clients, no matter their age or ability. I take pride in setting an example for my two young children to teach them how to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. My hobbies outside of the gym include hiking, kayaking, and nature photography. I have an upbeat, easy-going personality, and I would love to meet you! Together, we’ll be able to rise to the goals you have in mind!
